Comfortable.

Had it week or so, and no issues. Pillow is medium firm which is quite comfortable. Will probably end up buying a 2nd pillow. I like the head support feeling.

Love it!

I sleep mostly on my side and sometimes on my back and the pillow is comfortable in either position
